Parents are our Partners.
We’ll work closely with you; your input is important. Not only do you provide information about your child’s strengths and needs, but you approve the selection of the Big Brother or Big Sister. Once the match is made, parents remain closely involved throughout the life of the match.
Your child's safety is very important to us.
Big Brothers Big Sisters utilizes a thorough screening process that includes background checks on every volunteer, in-person interviews, references and training. Every match is regularly monitored and supported by a professional Match Support Specialist.
